***Sales ratings of 1 - 8 are on how easy it is to sale at a particular level with 1 being the easiest and 8 the hardest,but pays the most in commissions though.
***Sales levels are not etched in stone and are subject to change at the discretion of T.D.M.,any changes will be after notification at least 2 weeks-4 weeks in advance(where possible).
***For any questions about the C.O.D.E. program email us at:(the_code@hot-shot.com).***There are 60 days of the year called "Dead C.O.D.E. Days" that are set aside to give customers discounts just for being customers and to help recoup from any losses in sales. On these days no C.O.D.E. commisions will be paid on any sales,and the customer discounts will be pre-set by T.D.M. and good to all visitors.
***There will be 10 C.O.D.E. commission fluctuation days a year for special events sales. On these days the commission level on sales will drop automatically to a pre-determined percentage.
***A copy of the "Dead C.O.D.E. Days" & "C.O.D.E. Fluctuation Days" can be e-mailed to C.O.D.E. carrying Sales Reps ONLY upon request!
